Sounds like an album of an english band but Don't go with the title it has nothing to do with any album or song ..it's not any revolutionary article but surely a sharp satire towards the society and it's mental rust...
  Let's begin with a global issue
named,Unemployement and if some exceptions are ignored this unemployment not only covers the people who don't have job but we can also underline those people who are doing their jobs unwillingly for survival...
             Almost all of us have relatives,colleagues and close ones who always try to impress us by discussing about their assets,high expenditures and other luxurious stuffs.
     Do one thing just go to them one day and start discriminating your job infront of them while discussing about these stuffs...believe me my friend you will come to know the reality behind that pomp and show of the same person...the never ending dissatisfaction of their jobs..and with this feeling do you really feel somebody can say proudly that he or she is Employed?I don't think so.
      Your intelligence,studies and investment of a good sum of money over your degree finally pays you off in a form of a Dissatisfied job! is it the way you dreamed off your life?
  Everybody wants to secure their future by having a job in Fortune 500 firm after their studies...me you and almost all of us..and in reality less then one percent of us get to know the taste of that success...What about the dreams of those 99% eyes??what they actually do?
I tell you,this same stage is the inception of EXPLOITATION PHASE where those 99% people need to work anywhere against their worth for survival and livelihood and mediocre companies takes advantage of it.
  Now What about their golden plans,their shining dreams and those costly cars??
they spend all their lives in search of better jobs and vacancies.All of desires are powdered between the spans of struggle and dearness and one day they become sixty and awfully then life is retired.
   just go to people and ask them you will find above stated lines true...So i really don't think this job seeking strategy is actually good..because where it actually leads you i mapped in above lines..
   and just give it a thought what if those fortune 500 or fortune 5000 company Founders had same thinking as of yours!surely the situation was much more worse than ever.Those were not very extra-ordinary people but they did things in an extraordinary way.

     Population is shooting up,vacancies are limiting down..my question is when you,me and everyone of us will start exploring the opportunities in order to increase the jobs,supporting our local economies and enjoying the benifits of financial freedom??

Here the main problem is Everybody wants to work for google,microsoft and KPMG but nobody wants to put their effort to create another google or microsoft..

  it takes nothing but your comfort  zone..As in order to shine like a diamond you need to burn yourself like a sun. if you can serve a company for 8 hrs/day and help it up to maximizing the revenues multiple times then why cant you open up your own firm,work for 9 hours and enjoy like a boss...and a great social impact would be there, your one tough decison can switch on the stoves of hundreds and thousands of unemployed houses...isn't it awesome?
  Rest call is yours!you are future of your country,your economy and you know what by losing one job you can create 10,000 jobs...sounds like magic but it is as true as your existence!
          Go against odds,break the old trends,just take d plunge and witness the magic!!

यहाँ जो संवाद छिड़ा है अभी निलंबित IAS ऑफिसर दुर्गाशक्ति को लेकर,उसमे अभी IAS Association के सचिव ने बोला है कि ये ऐसा पहला मामला नहीं है,सिर्फ यू पी में ही 101 से ज्यादा IAS officer इस लिस्ट में हैं..ये वही IAS अफसर हैं जो महीनो के कठिन मेहनत के बाद और कई मुश्किल कसौटियो पे कसे जाने के बाद देश की सेवा के लिए चुने जाते हैं...
मुझे समझ में नहीं आता इन गँवारों को हम ये मौका देते ही क्यों है की ये किसी कर्तव्यनिष्ठ अफसर को उसके कर्त्तव्य निर्वहन पर सजा दे सके?
जो खुद ठीक से हिंदी नहीं बोल सकते वो कैसे किसी highly qualified अफसर की ड्यूटी पे चाबुक चला सकते हैं!!
एक सवाल सभी प्रयासरत भारतीय सिविल सेवा अभ्यर्थियों से भी....
कल को आप होंगे उनकी जगह पे,दुर्गाशक्ति जी ने तो हिम्मत से इन बेईमानो का चिट्ठा खोल दिया..लेकिन जाने कितने अफसर अपना मुंह बंद करके रिटायर हो गए।
आप बताइए क्या आप इतना पढ़ लिख के,इतनी मेहनत और ज्ञानार्जन के बाद इन भ्रष्ट गँवार और चोर नेताओं की जी हुजूरी कर पाएँगे???
सोचिये इस विषय पे और विनती है आप सभी भारतीयों से कोई बड़ा फैसला कीजिये इस दिशा में....किसी मसीहा का इंतेज़ार मत कीजिये...
नेहरु गाँधी भी देख लिए माया मुलायम भी देख लिए।
डॉलर और तेल की बढती कीमतों को देख के नाक भौं सिकोड़ने के बजाये असली वजह जानने की कोशिश कीजिये और हमे और आपको ही मिलकर इस दर्द के निवारण के लिए कुछ बडा करना होगा। इस समस्या के निवारण के लिए हमें हर हाल में आगे आना होगा क्यूंकि परिणाम हम ही भुगत रहे हैं और हम ही भुगतेंगे कोई और नही।

Recently it was announced that 3 new cities named Mahendragarh,Bhiwani and Bharatpur are further going to be submerged in Delhi NCR region..everyone of us must be aware of this news...
Real Estate started finding new opportunities,transporters,educationists everyone is busy in looking it's positive aspects....
but wait a minute here why it is going to be happened,did you give any pain yourself to even think about it??
Reason is none other than the population,density and ever growing migration of people from different areas across the country towards capital New Delhi...to reduce this load after Faridabad,Ghaziabad,Gurgaon,Noida,Greater Noida and this limit is going to be stretched further...
Here the Question is,In upcoming years how much more cities will be added to this NCR region in order to distribute the load and burden of the Capital Region?
Why our Central/state government is not interested in developing the smaller cities on the same pattern of metros like Delhi,Banglore or Mumbai?
This developement will provide not only better opportunities to the local people but will also stop the heavy migration towards Metro areas.This high population density in metros causing the ever rising rate of dearness and unemployment...
We people go to another places, taking their opportunities but nobody is even thinking about the great scope of fair shakes at their own native small places they came from...this mentality pushing us back like never before...and want to know the results?developed places are getting developed(ohkay thats very good) but what about those small places which is still fighting for the Tag of "Developement"
what the heck mates??when you will start thinking like that?
change your mind guyz and girls if you will not give a shit about these major tranformations then don't expect from others.We,the Youth are future of our country and we can together place these places forward so that our next generations get everything in their local areas whatsoever requirements they would have....
what is need of thinking about existing metros and to make them overcrowded when you can turn your local places into one of them...

Yes I got irritated and that's why i am posting it...
Everybody is familiar what is going on there in Uttarakhand(India) after continuous rainfall & Flood and what are it's post effects..obviously everybody is so disappointed and helpless against this act of nature...people keep getting updated through news,social media,news papers...and except 5% people everybody is just discussing about it and uttering some statements like "May God Help them !, Oh no! they are in such a big trouble and blah blah blah...but you guys please tell me honestly one thing: 
Is it really going to work??  No..Not at All..They need our help...
      Everybody celebrated when they heard news about uttarakhand by saying, Thank god we are not living there or We just returned safely from there yesterday after our vacations..oh man may be you think its okay..
but really it is ?? 

             When people heard news about Death of more than 25 Thousand people in Bhuj,Gujarat(India),2001 due to an Earthquake or Smashing Tsunami killed 11k people in Tamilnadu in 2004 or 2005 Witnessed 86 thousand deaths in Kashmir due to Severe Earthquake, they must have reacted in the same manner but they didn't know about june 2013...The thing is You can never know when you are going to be the next target...
                Everybody is active on Social Media now days they liked hundreds of pages...they are quite aware about their Social responsibility(Really??
Haha!I can't stop laughing)..but this responsibility is only limited To Celebs,Sportsperson,Free Iphone Distribution and crap confessions...

If a female celeb posts a photo min 2000 likes,does not matter how ugly she is looking in that photo,if a celeb posts any film promotion then 1000+ likes and 100+ shares and you promote it like it's your own movie,If sachin or Dhoni posts something minimum throughout the year Promotion as cricket is your religion...you have plenty of time then...
the reason is nothing but your genuine interest...and even it gives you nothing...if they post a Simple THANKS then you are obliged like anything..
      But the problem is,if somebody is doing any social cause like he/she is running any campaign for flood victims like Uttarakhand and it requires your Attention then i think it least bothers you...and definitely you shouldn't give it a damn!After All they are not your own people...you will only think of them when somebody between you will be stucked out there!

Caves in affected areas are witnessing the cries like "Either Feed us or kill us by Bombardment"of thousands of people.condition is getting worse day by day...Although our Superhumans from Indian Army have evacuated thousands of them and operation is still going on....they are the only hope there..They are great people..and yes a big Salute for them indeed !! 

                                I have heard from sources that people are selling Paranthas for 250 rs and water bottle for 100 rs,Some Assholes started robbing the jewelleries of dead Women and who are still alive they are either cutting their hands or murdering them up for ornaments...Bastards !!
                                             They do not require any Huge amount from your side they are asking only for very cheap things like Biscuits,Candles,Old Clothes,Bandages or any other useful stuff..I don't think so it is going to spoil your monthly budget...you can not lift them out from water but definitely you can help those people surely,who have been evacuated and dying because of hunger.
So it's an Appeal to all of you to come forward and contribute by any means. 

Dead Bodies are scattered at various places and Still there are 30,000 people for Help and need to be Evacuated !!Do something more than prayers...they need us..they need you...Please Help them

I know its a Very old stuff but its my question to all of you people; do u even care about it?
Everyday when you board in metro,local trains,buses and even in railways most of times u face huge crowd which is sometimes even breathtaking..and believe me every time u think at least twice how to overcome with it?
But as soon as you get off from the locomotive u don't give a damn about it...the main problem starts from here only...
U really should think over it because u r the one who is going to face it's post-effects...kindly mind this:

1.When you offer stay to your relative(from comparatively smaller city or village) to search job and settle in the same metro city !

2.What is here in village/city,  Let's move to big metro cities..we will make big money there!

3.I have already earned big money here,I am not going back to my native place. Because my hometown is not as luxurious as here! 
               It is nothing but the thinking of people like us and when u will ask them they will reply very confidently: What is issue in it?One person is not going to effect the population of this city...
If you have the same thinking then believe me you are going to be in trouble...
just give it a thought..
If today in a year X a metro city has a population of 10 Million and one immigrant comes in that city,after 1 year he got married and in next 2 years he has family of 4 including him,his wife and 2 children..
So if even 50% people in that city invite their one friend/Relative in year X then in next 4 year the population becomes on an average...
4X10,000,000 + 4x5,000,000=60,000,000
i.e. 60 Million...
Which means lack of resources,more competition,Less facilities and even lesser working and job opportunities...
So this additional 20 million is because of that 1 Negligible person...
So keep this thing in mind before inviting friends and relatives..
Think practically and Invite carefully!

On the other hand that small places,from those people migrated are still undeveloped,fighting with poverty,Education & Employment. But believe me big opportunities are waiting there for you..you will create jobs for people,make big money and Develop your native place...all you need is to just explore...

                              How to Fix this Plastic Waste ??
Definitely answer is not going to be Very easy...because it is Not degradable like Organic Waste...
It is undegradable product...so fixing it Properly is a BIG challenge....
Today through this Post we will Discuss how We can manage this Plastic Waste in Proper Manner !!!

Let's start with some facts-

Of the options for managing plastic waste, re-use and waste minimisation are seen to have little impact on overall reduction compared with recycling and energy recovery.

Landfill is the other option for managing plastic waste and indeed is by far the most used; for instance in Western Europe in 2005, 53% of plastic was disposed of into landfill....

    Current Trends

1. Landfill:
   disposal of plastic waste is dropping by 2% annually as available space is diminishing.
2. Recycling:
   Technological developments are facilitating new ways of recycling plastic.Governments are legislating to promote it and Civil society is co-operating in recycling.
3. Incineration:
   Uncontrolled incineration of plastics produce carcinogenic   poly-chlorinated-di-benzo-p-dioxins, a cancer causing chemical.it also causes emissions of toxic fumes.
   

We can Go for the Recycling and Incineration Methods because the land Fill Creates some poisonous Gases like Methane,CO & CO2...
So a Brief Description Of these methods can be Introduced...

1. RECYCLING Of Plastic Waste:
   
   Plastic recycling is the process of recovering scrap or waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products, sometimes completely different in form from their original state. For instance, this could mean melting down soft drink bottles and then casting them as plastic chairs and tables. Typically a plastic is not recycled into the same type of plastic, and products made from recycled plastics are often not recyclable.
           Some challenges Which are faced Commonly during the Procedure,is When compared to other materials like glass and metal, plastic polymers require greater processing (heat treating, thermal depolymerization and monomer recycling) to be recycled.
   Recycling a PET bottle still costs more than producing a new one, with the result that the recycling rate for PET bottles in Europe is around 25%. The situation is even worse for other plastics. Recycling rates for polystyrene are 2%.

   Mechanical Recycling

   'mechanical recycling recovers the plastic material for similar or lower-quality plastics'

   Feedstock Recycling

   'Feedstock recycling turns the plastic waste by means of chemical reactions into chemical raw materials or fuels
   1. Represents only 2% of total plastics recycling in Western Europe, for instance
   2. Recycling treatments have high investment costs
   3. Economics more favorable with larger volumes
   4. Requirement for plastic sorting
   5. Liquefaction
      A type of Feedstock recycling converts plastics into hydrocarbon mixtures that are useful as fuels via thermal and /or catalytic cracking commercialised by H.Smart Inc and Ozmotech technology being developed to solve the issue of residual PVC in the waste.
   6. Thermal processes
      Thermal cracking of these plastics can achieve a worthwhile yield of starting monomers:
      Polystyrene (PS)Poly(methyl) methacrylate (PMMA)Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

      A first success in recycling of plastics is Vinyloop, a recycling process and an approach of the industry to separate PVC from other materials through a process of dissolution, filtration and separation of contaminations.

INCINERATION of Plastics:Controlled high-temperature incineration, above 850C for two seconds performed with selective additional heating, breaks down toxic dioxins and furans from burning plastic, and is widely used in municipal solid waste incineration.Municipal solid waste incinerators also normally include flue gas treatments to reduce pollutants further. . The problem occurs as the heat content of the waste stream varies. Open-air burning of plastic occurs at lower temperatures, and normally releases such  fumes

" Open burning is not an environmental acceptable solution for any kind of waste," the technical working group emphasized. "Incineration under environmentally sound conditions with energy recovery should be the preferred option compared to landfilling or incineration without energy recovery.

This method is doubly environmentally friendly as it will reduce the volume of plastic waste being disposed of in the landfill while producing green fuel without generating any green house gases.

                            The process of converting plastic waste into bio-fuel is quite simple. It is similar to how alcohol is made. If you heat plastic waste in non oxygen environment, it will melt, but will not burn. After it has melted, it will start boiling and eventually evaporate. You just need to put those vapours through a cooling pipe and when cooled the vapours will condense to a liquid and some of the vapours with shorter hydrocarbon lengths will remain as a gas. The exit of the cooling pipe is then going through a bubbler containing water to capture the last liquid forms of fuel and leave only gas that is then burned. If the cooling of the cooling tube is sufficient, then there will be no fuel in the bubbler, but if not, the water will capture all the remaining fuel that will float above the water and can be poured off the water. On the bottom of the cooling tube is a steel reservoir that collects all the liquid and it has a release valve on the bottom so that the liquid fuel can be poured out.

Meanwhile, several companies have begun operating plants that convert waste plastic to bio-fuel by using a similar process. Among them, Cynar which is head quartered in London but had its first plant operating in Portlaoise in Ireland, aims to install up to 30 plants throughout the British Isles. Similar plants are already in operation in Thailand and India.

Q:  How dangerous are plastics for human?

A: Aquatic birds and fish routinely becomes victims because although plastic does undergo some biodegradation, it doesn’t thoroughly break down. And plastics and their additives aren’t just present in our environment, virtually all of us ingest them as well; plastic is consumed with the food we eat, the water we drink and from other sources.
Two classes of chemicals from plastic are of serious concern for human health: Bisphenol-A or BPA, and additives used in the synthesis of plastics, which are known as Phthalates. BPA is a basic building block of polycarbonate plastics, such as those used for bottled water, food packaging and other items. BPA is a synthetic estrogen and commonly used to strengthen plastic and line food cans. Scientists have linked it, though not conclusively, to everything from breast cancer to obesity, from attention deficit disorder to genital abnormalities in boys and girls alike.

           Some polymers may also decompose into the monomers or other toxic substances when heated. In 2011, it was reported that "almost all plastic products" sampled released chemicals with Estrogenic Activity, although the researchers identified plastics which did not leach chemicals with estrogenic activity.

BPA controversy:

.BPA, is an estrogen-like endocrine disruptor that may leach into food.Research in Environmental Health Perspectives finds that BPA leached from the lining of tin cans, dental sealants and polycarbonate bottles can increase body weight of lab animals' offspring. A more recent animal study suggests that even low-level exposure to BPA results in insulin resistance, which can lead to inflammation and heart disease.
Adding to the health risks associated with BPA is the fact that other ingredients are routinely added to plastics. Many of these potentially toxic components also can leach out over time. Among the most common is a chemical known as di-ethylhexyl phthalate or DEHP. In some products, like medical devices including IV bags or tubing, additives like DEHP can comprise nearly half of the of the product. “If you’re in a hospital, hooked up to an IV drip"

As of January 2010, the LA Times newspaper reports that the United States FDA is spending $30 million to investigate indications of BPA being linked to Cancer.

Bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, present in plastic wrap based on PVC, is also of concern, as are the volatile organic compounds present innew car smell.

The European Union has a permanent ban on the use of phthalates in toys. In 2009, the US government banned certain types of phthalates commonly used in plastic.

Q:  How dangerous are plastics for Environment ?
A:  Plastics are durable and degrade very slowly; the chemical bonds that make plastic so durable make it equally resistant to natural processes of degradation. Since the 1950s, one billion tons of plastic have been discarded and may persist for hundreds or even thousands of years. Perhaps the biggest environmental threat from plastic comes from nurdles, which are the raw material from which all plastics are made. They are tiny pre-plastic pellets that kill large numbers of fish and birds that mistake them for food.

Prior to the ban on the use of CFCs in extrusion of polystyrene (and general use, except in life-critical fire suppression systems;), the production of polystyrene contributed to the depletion of the ozone layer; however, non-CFCs are currently used in the extrusion process.


The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, also described as the Pacific Trash Vortex, is a gyre of marine litter in the central North Pacific Ocean located roughly between 135°W to 155°W and 35°N and 42°N. The patch extends over an indeterminate area, with estimates ranging very widely depending on the degree of plastic concentration used to define the affected area.

Plastic Photodegradation in the ocean

The Great Pacific Garbage Patch has one of the highest levels known of plastic particulate suspended in the upper water column. As a result, it is one of several oceanic regions where researchers have studied the effects and impact of plastic photodegradation in the neustonic layer of water. Unlike debris, which biodegrades, the photodegraded plastic disintegrates into ever smaller pieces while remaining a polymer. This process continues down to the molecular level.

As the plastic flotsam photodegrades into smaller and smaller pieces, it concentrates in the upper water column. As it disintegrates, the plastic ultimately becomes small enough to be ingested by aquatic organisms that reside near the ocean's surface. Thus, plastic waste enters the food chain through its concentration in the neuston.

Some plastics decompose within a year of entering the water, leaching potentially toxic chemicals such as bisphenol A, PCBs, and derivatives of polystyrene.

^{Because of the material’s longevity, plastics pile up in landfills and are occupying the world’s oceans in increasing quantity. Measurements from the most contaminated regions of the world’s oceans show that the mass of plastics exceeds that of plankton sixfold. Patches of oceanic garbage, called Gyres, are swirling vortexes of plastic bits. The North Pacific Gyre, one of several in the world, is expanding at such a rate that from the first time it was studied until now, it has grown from the size of the state of Texas to twice the size of the continental United States.  Halden Postulates:
Rolf Halden, Associate professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering at Arizona State University and assistant director of Environmental Biotechnology at the Biodesign Institute. Halden has undertaken a survey of existing scientific literature concerning the hazards of plastics to human health and to the ecosystems we depend on.his conclusions are pretty grim. Halden’s study reiterates the fact that the effects to the environment from plastic waste are severe.As Halden points out, annual production alone would fill a series of train cars encircling the globe. “We’re doomed to live with yesterday’s plastic pollution and we are exacerbating the situation with each day of unchanged behavior,” he said.                                 
                                            Halden explains, “the chemical that oozes out goes directly into your bloodstream, with no opportunity for detoxification in the gut. This can lead to unhealthy exposure levels, particularly in susceptible populations such as newborns.”}

Halden explains that although plastics have some beneficial and legitimate uses in society, their thoughtless misuse has led to a gravely unsustainable condition. “Today, there’s a complete mismatch between the useful lifespan of the products we consume and their persistence in the environment.” Prominent examples of offending products include single-use water bottles, Teflon-coated dental floss and cotton swabs made with plastic PVC sticks. All are typically used for seconds or minutes, yet will persist in the environment, sometimes for millennia.

Ultimately, developing petroleum-free materials for use in smart and sustainable plastics will become a necessity, driven not only by health and environmental concerns but by the world’s steadily declining oil supply. As Halden emphasizes, the manufacture of plastics currently accounts for about 8 percent of the world’s petroleum use, a sizeable chunk, which ultimately contributes to another global concern — the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

“We are at a critical juncture,” Halden notes, “and cannot continue under the modus that has been established. If we’re smart, we’ll look for replacement materials, so that we don’t have this mismatch–good for a minute and contaminating for 10,000 years.”
