  Yes,you are right i am talking about the less fortunates of our country, majority of our population,the POOR and DOWNTRODDENS and their poorer children!
  Our Hindu calendars are so unbiased that they display same date of Diwali for us and them both but how pathetic it is that we CELEBRATE it and they only try to feel it!
            You are all set to clean your homes,some of us hired local roadside people to complete this mission and there you try to recover every penny you paid them!That's good after all you are a seasoned PROFESSIONAL but what about the SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ?? you should also take care of that after all you are a PROFESSIONAL(You see for corporates CSR means a lot)
Guys trust me i am not asking you to do any big favour but just a deed to feed them properly tonight(they won't even ask you for menu) it will be the bestest diwali for them and you have to manage it by cutting 10% of your crackers expenses and in return you will get Big bonus like
Blessings, Self Satisfaction, Noble thoughts tonight while sleeping,an honoured feeling everytime while crossing that poor person's place etc etc

Zeal

According to a very old English proverb,
"Never let your Zeal outrun your charity. The former is but human, the latter is divine",
exactly what i witnessed on 6 October's midnight.
     This story is quite interesting and inspirational too,so i think i should share it.
    It was around 1 AM and i was busy with my phone for some article published in the Hindu.I completed that article and was about to switch off the lights but as I put my step forward i noticed a Heap of ants were formed near my Washroom's door.As I was so annoyed because of them(ants) since last couple of days so the first thought provoked my mind was-
"Huhh! so here they are!I am not gonna leave them up tonight"
but as i saw them,i didn't fail to notice something very important.These little creatures were too busy in loading a Cricket(Who must be got thrashed down under the feet of one of us).I got very interested and started feeling like a scientist who discovered accidentally something extraordinary...
  I started chasing them up, like a CIA agent,who is about to reveal any big truth of a top secret mission and you know what?
I got amazed when i saw a battalion of 30-40 ant soldiers started fixing the dead body of cricket which must be multiple times for them(in weight and size both).As they already started the mission and not going to be stopped by any hurdle but wait !wait !wait!
What was that??
suddenly they stopped!
A cliff(3 inch high Marble skirting) was their to stop them.. but as the warriors already decided to conquer the Mission so they discussed something and again started moving further.Believe me I felt so excited because as of now i also was a part of that triumphant story..finally they climbed up with the Food and arranged themselves to enter in a small cave(hole) very sharply with Mr Cricket!They're all set up for a grand Paty Now!!

Herbivores

Any Clues from the title??
the first thing hammered your mind is for sure,Animals living on plants and vegetables!
Yes!You grabbed it correctly but i want to summerise a new aspect of this term 'Herbivores' and if you are thinking why i am writing for this Biological stuff so i want to make you clear one thing,it has nothing to do with any animal but we the 'Social Animals' are going to be categorized under it.
I will Show you how!
  We are not a Herbivore because we consume vegis and roots as our food supplement but issue is far bigger than that....Actually we are consuming a large Vegetation covered area not for food supplies but for the sake of so called DEVELOPMENT and our LAVISH LIVES...
Guyz did you realized how it feels when you pass through a Highway or Main Road after some years which was once heavily lush green area??i feel positively you would have feel the same what i did!
and if you don't then do one thing direct your bike's handle towards any cantonment area near you in your city.U will clearly understand what i am trying to narrate here!
What i want to say through this post is,change your attitude towards nature,I mean Development is not any bad thing but is it good to Establish skyscrapers for the price of trees?and if you are cutting down trees so carelessly then who is going to exert pain in the brain about their Re-Plantation?
You know what reply people used to answer?

Temperature Rise,growing pollution,land sliding these are the major after effects being faced by us and please GOD has nothing to do with it.Yes your favorite and softest Target GOD who is after every calamity according to you either personal or natural!Give him some rest and be a man to take the responsibility.
     Make sure one thing from the next time while stalking over TV if there any news channel flashing news like flood or land-sliding don't blame god but do criticize yourselves and humans.Its Us,the humans butchering up the green giants mercilessly and disturbing the ecological system.
   and yes nature do not bark like a dog all the time but it roar once like a Lion and the frequency is so intensive that even our upcoming generations witness the after effects.So its way better not to disturb them and if you are cutting one then take the courage of planting 5 saplings from your side too.Its only us who can make a little change in this direction otherwise don't expect any mercy from nature's side now because she has been exploited beyond limits !

Seasonal Patriotism

So its 15th August,India's 67th Independence Day...but there is a point to be seriously noted.
Don't you see all of a sudden a new lump of Patriotic people is mushrooming on social media..as if they are very concerned about INDEPENDENCE DAY and our National Heroes.and if you ask me is really there any patriotic blood is running in their veins??Hahh..
Sorry Mate but my answer will be a Straight No!
Actually they are fighting silently with each other for a game named,BEST POST MAXIMUM LIKES.They have nothing to do with any patriotism instincts, it is like any other day for them which can make their Profile popular and feel them more a Social Celebrity!
             They are posting famous quotations,Independence Memoirs and songs.Sometimes they pay their duty towards society too by tagging us in that post or picrure for the sake of their SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY &MORALITY but you know what,If you go to them and ask what you posted that day on XYZ media,who was the person in that picture or who said that quote,there would be a deep silence and after sometime a crisp reply would be there -
"Hey leave this shit,tell me first did you notice likes and shares on that post?Wow yaar!! i dint expect that much response.It's kinda Cool no!!"
  I mean what the F! if you want to wish Independence Day to others,a simple wish is enough to make them feel like Independent!No Bulky and exaggerating posts are Required!
           Now next bunch of those people who got a golden chance for criticising Dead freedomfighters and politicians.. they dont miss any single one and do it by bottom of their hearts!

In india you will find two seasons for being a patriot, First Season is in  January(Republic Day on 26 January) and second in month of august (Independence Day on 15 August) otherwise in rest of the days they will find no time to remember or  praise the Freedom Fighters.There will be no patriotic blood to sprinkle on Social media because these days our Social Contractors are very busy in sharing,posting and liking the Female Celebraties,Hindu gods and misleading stories.Poor Indian People..
      We live in that country where Children are used to say in school prayers MERA BHARAT MAHAAN &
BHARAT MATA KI JAI...
and for feeling their Countryhood they need occasions and some specific dates because Goverment declared a Gazzeted Holiday!!
So from the next time whenever you feel like a patriot on these dates,make one thing clear in your mind,you are suffering from SEASONAL PATRIOTISM SYNDROME because real patriots (also known as SOLDIERS) are securing your tomorrow Day & Night for sacrificing their Today and rest of 364 days on borders not any two Specific Days in a Year...
  So stop being Fake friends!!

Us Against the World

Sounds like an album of an english band but Don't go with the title it has nothing to do with any album or song ..it's not any revolutionary article but surely a sharp satire towards the society and it's mental rust...
  Let's begin with a global issue
named,Unemployement and if some exceptions are ignored this unemployment not only covers the people who don't have job but we can also underline those people who are doing their jobs unwillingly for survival...
             Almost all of us have relatives,colleagues and close ones who always try to impress us by discussing about their assets,high expenditures and other luxurious stuffs.
     Do one thing just go to them one day and start discriminating your job infront of them while discussing about these stuffs...believe me my friend you will come to know the reality behind that pomp and show of the same person...the never ending dissatisfaction of their jobs..and with this feeling do you really feel somebody can say proudly that he or she is Employed?I don't think so.
      Your intelligence,studies and investment of a good sum of money over your degree finally pays you off in a form of a Dissatisfied job! is it the way you dreamed off your life?
  Everybody wants to secure their future by having a job in Fortune 500 firm after their studies...me you and almost all of us..and in reality less then one percent of us get to know the taste of that success...What about the dreams of those 99% eyes??what they actually do?
I tell you,this same stage is the inception of EXPLOITATION PHASE where those 99% people need to work anywhere against their worth for survival and livelihood and mediocre companies takes advantage of it.
  Now What about their golden plans,their shining dreams and those costly cars??
they spend all their lives in search of better jobs and vacancies.All of desires are powdered between the spans of struggle and dearness and one day they become sixty and awfully then life is retired.
   just go to people and ask them you will find above stated lines true...So i really don't think this job seeking strategy is actually good..because where it actually leads you i mapped in above lines..
   and just give it a thought what if those fortune 500 or fortune 5000 company Founders had same thinking as of yours!surely the situation was much more worse than ever.Those were not very extra-ordinary people but they did things in an extraordinary way.

     Population is shooting up,vacancies are limiting down..my question is when you,me and everyone of us will start exploring the opportunities in order to increase the jobs,supporting our local economies and enjoying the benifits of financial freedom??

Here the main problem is Everybody wants to work for google,microsoft and KPMG but nobody wants to put their effort to create another google or microsoft..

  it takes nothing but your comfort  zone..As in order to shine like a diamond you need to burn yourself like a sun. if you can serve a company for 8 hrs/day and help it up to maximizing the revenues multiple times then why cant you open up your own firm,work for 9 hours and enjoy like a boss...and a great social impact would be there, your one tough decison can switch on the stoves of hundreds and thousands of unemployed houses...isn't it awesome?
  Rest call is yours!you are future of your country,your economy and you know what by losing one job you can create 10,000 jobs...sounds like magic but it is as true as your existence!
          Go against odds,break the old trends,just take d plunge and witness the magic!!

यहाँ जो संवाद छिड़ा है अभी निलंबित IAS ऑफिसर दुर्गाशक्ति को लेकर,उसमे अभी IAS Association के सचिव ने बोला है कि ये ऐसा पहला मामला नहीं है,सिर्फ यू पी में ही 101 से ज्यादा IAS officer इस लिस्ट में हैं..ये वही IAS अफसर हैं जो महीनो के कठिन मेहनत के बाद और कई मुश्किल कसौटियो पे कसे जाने के बाद देश की सेवा के लिए चुने जाते हैं...
मुझे समझ में नहीं आता इन गँवारों को हम ये मौका देते ही क्यों है की ये किसी कर्तव्यनिष्ठ अफसर को उसके कर्त्तव्य निर्वहन पर सजा दे सके?
जो खुद ठीक से हिंदी नहीं बोल सकते वो कैसे किसी highly qualified अफसर की ड्यूटी पे चाबुक चला सकते हैं!!
एक सवाल सभी प्रयासरत भारतीय सिविल सेवा अभ्यर्थियों से भी....
कल को आप होंगे उनकी जगह पे,दुर्गाशक्ति जी ने तो हिम्मत से इन बेईमानो का चिट्ठा खोल दिया..लेकिन जाने कितने अफसर अपना मुंह बंद करके रिटायर हो गए।
आप बताइए क्या आप इतना पढ़ लिख के,इतनी मेहनत और ज्ञानार्जन के बाद इन भ्रष्ट गँवार और चोर नेताओं की जी हुजूरी कर पाएँगे???
सोचिये इस विषय पे और विनती है आप सभी भारतीयों से कोई बड़ा फैसला कीजिये इस दिशा में....किसी मसीहा का इंतेज़ार मत कीजिये...
नेहरु गाँधी भी देख लिए माया मुलायम भी देख लिए।
डॉलर और तेल की बढती कीमतों को देख के नाक भौं सिकोड़ने के बजाये असली वजह जानने की कोशिश कीजिये और हमे और आपको ही मिलकर इस दर्द के निवारण के लिए कुछ बडा करना होगा। इस समस्या के निवारण के लिए हमें हर हाल में आगे आना होगा क्यूंकि परिणाम हम ही भुगत रहे हैं और हम ही भुगतेंगे कोई और नही।

(2)Metros have already said it's Enough but Smaller cities keep saying "A little more" please !!

So guyz did you think over the last issue?
Do metros really need a pause or still it should be pumped up with the same intensity???
Recently it was announced that 3 new cities named Mahendragarh,Bhiwani and Bharatpur are further going to be submerged in Delhi NCR region..everyone of us must be aware of this news...
Real Estate started finding new opportunities,transporters,educationists everyone is busy in looking it's positive aspects....
but wait a minute here why it is going to be happened,did you give any pain yourself to even think about it??
Reason is none other than the population,density and ever growing migration of people from different areas across the country towards capital New Delhi...to reduce this load after Faridabad,Ghaziabad,Gurgaon,Noida,Greater Noida and this limit is going to be stretched further...
Here the Question is,In upcoming years how much more cities will be added to this NCR region in order to distribute the load and burden of the Capital Region?
Why our Central/state government is not interested in developing the smaller cities on the same pattern of metros like Delhi,Banglore or Mumbai?
This developement will provide not only better opportunities to the local people but will also stop the heavy migration towards Metro areas.This high population density in metros causing the ever rising rate of dearness and unemployment...
We people go to another places, taking their opportunities but nobody is even thinking about the great scope of fair shakes at their own native small places they came from...this mentality pushing us back like never before...and want to know the results?developed places are getting developed(ohkay thats very good) but what about those small places which is still fighting for the Tag of "Developement"
what the heck mates??when you will start thinking like that?
change your mind guyz and girls if you will not give a shit about these major tranformations then don't expect from others.We,the Youth are future of our country and we can together place these places forward so that our next generations get everything in their local areas whatsoever requirements they would have....
what is need of thinking about existing metros and to make them overcrowded when you can turn your local places into one of them...

Yes I got irritated and that's why i am posting it...
Everybody is familiar what is going on there in Uttarakhand(India) after continuous rainfall & Flood and what are it's post effects..obviously everybody is so disappointed and helpless against this act of nature...people keep getting updated through news,social media,news papers...and except 5% people everybody is just discussing about it and uttering some statements like "May God Help them !, Oh no! they are in such a big trouble and blah blah blah...but you guys please tell me honestly one thing: 
Is it really going to work??  No..Not at All..They need our help...
      Everybody celebrated when they heard news about uttarakhand by saying, Thank god we are not living there or We just returned safely from there yesterday after our vacations..oh man may be you think its okay..
but really it is ?? 

             When people heard news about Death of more than 25 Thousand people in Bhuj,Gujarat(India),2001 due to an Earthquake or Smashing Tsunami killed 11k people in Tamilnadu in 2004 or 2005 Witnessed 86 thousand deaths in Kashmir due to Severe Earthquake, they must have reacted in the same manner but they didn't know about june 2013...The thing is You can never know when you are going to be the next target...
                Everybody is active on Social Media now days they liked hundreds of pages...they are quite aware about their Social responsibility(Really??
Haha!I can't stop laughing)..but this responsibility is only limited To Celebs,Sportsperson,Free Iphone Distribution and crap confessions...
I've seen yesterday a status posted by Amitabh Bachchan via his FB page...

and 3292 likes and 30 shares were there.I mean what the fuck that was?
If a female celeb posts a photo min 2000 likes,does not matter how ugly she is looking in that photo,if a celeb posts any film promotion then 1000+ likes and 100+ shares and you promote it like it's your own movie,If sachin or Dhoni posts something minimum throughout the year Promotion as cricket is your religion...you have plenty of time then...
the reason is nothing but your genuine interest...and even it gives you nothing...if they post a Simple THANKS then you are obliged like anything..
      But the problem is,if somebody is doing any social cause like he/she is running any campaign for flood victims like Uttarakhand and it requires your Attention then i think it least bothers you...and definitely you shouldn't give it a damn!After All they are not your own people...you will only think of them when somebody between you will be stucked out there!

Caves in affected areas are witnessing the cries like "Either Feed us or kill us by Bombardment"of thousands of people.condition is getting worse day by day...Although our Superhumans from Indian Army have evacuated thousands of them and operation is still going on....they are the only hope there..They are great people..and yes a big Salute for them indeed !! 

                                I have heard from sources that people are selling Paranthas for 250 rs and water bottle for 100 rs,Some Assholes started robbing the jewelleries of dead Women and who are still alive they are either cutting their hands or murdering them up for ornaments...Bastards !!
                                             They do not require any Huge amount from your side they are asking only for very cheap things like Biscuits,Candles,Old Clothes,Bandages or any other useful stuff..I don't think so it is going to spoil your monthly budget...you can not lift them out from water but definitely you can help those people surely,who have been evacuated and dying because of hunger.
So it's an Appeal to all of you to come forward and contribute by any means. 

Dead Bodies are scattered at various places and Still there are 30,000 people for Help and need to be Evacuated !!Do something more than prayers...they need us..they need you...Please Help them

Oh yes! Oh yes!
I know its a Very old stuff but its my question to all of you people; do u even care about it?
Everyday when you board in metro,local trains,buses and even in railways most of times u face huge crowd which is sometimes even breathtaking..and believe me every time u think at least twice how to overcome with it?
But as soon as you get off from the locomotive u don't give a damn about it...the main problem starts from here only...
U really should think over it because u r the one who is going to face it's post-effects...kindly mind this:

1.When you offer stay to your relative(from comparatively smaller city or village) to search job and settle in the same metro city !

2.What is here in village/city,  Let's move to big metro cities..we will make big money there!

3.I have already earned big money here,I am not going back to my native place. Because my hometown is not as luxurious as here! 
               It is nothing but the thinking of people like us and when u will ask them they will reply very confidently: What is issue in it?One person is not going to effect the population of this city...
If you have the same thinking then believe me you are going to be in trouble...
just give it a thought..
If today in a year X a metro city has a population of 10 Million and one immigrant comes in that city,after 1 year he got married and in next 2 years he has family of 4 including him,his wife and 2 children..
So if even 50% people in that city invite their one friend/Relative in year X then in next 4 year the population becomes on an average...
4X10,000,000 + 4x5,000,000=60,000,000
i.e. 60 Million...
Which means lack of resources,more competition,Less facilities and even lesser working and job opportunities...
So this additional 20 million is because of that 1 Negligible person...
So keep this thing in mind before inviting friends and relatives..
Think practically and Invite carefully!

On the other hand that small places,from those people migrated are still undeveloped,fighting with poverty,Education & Employment. But believe me big opportunities are waiting there for you..you will create jobs for people,make big money and Develop your native place...all you need is to just explore...

Guys it's a fact and all of us have to accept it
" METRO CITIES HAVE BEEN OVERCROWDED AND WE WILL HAVE TO GO FOR ALTERNATIVES "
